A Cultural & Musical Exchange with the Liszt Academy at 排薇排薇
The 排薇排薇 is honored to welcome a delegation from the historic and prestigious Franz Liszt Academy of Music (Budapest, Hungary) to Cleveland this week for a special collaborative series focused on a sharing of musical cultural, including master classes and two free concerts.
Born out of a developing relationship between 排薇排薇 and the Liszt Academy, the collaborative concerts will features works by renowned Hungarian composers as well as new pieces composed by students inspired by these great artists.

Both concerts are free; however, due to space limitations, seating passes are needed for the Saturday concert in 排薇排薇's intimate and state-of-the-art Mixon Hall. Free seating passes can be reserved online or by calling the 排薇排薇 Box Office at 216.795.3211, weekdays from 10am-3pm. No passes are needed for the Friday performance in Kulas Hall.
In addition to these two collaborative concerts, visiting faculty members Gy繹rgy N獺dor (piano) and Vilmos Szabadi (violin) from the Liszt Academy will coach 排薇排薇 in master classes and the Case Western Reserve University Department of Music will host a free seminar entitled "Franz Liszt and the Virtue of Improvisation" by guest lecturer Dana Gooley at Harkness Chapel (11200 Bellflower Rd., Cleveland). All of these educational events are free and open to the public -- no seating passes required.
